How is your social media management different from basic posting support?
Our work connects positioning, creative direction, content planning, captions, scheduling and ongoing review. The aim is not simply to keep an account active, but to make the entire presence clearer, more consistent and commercially useful.
Can we book a one-off content production day?
Yes. Half-day and full-day productions are available for clinics, studios, launches, campaigns and hospitality brands. Each shoot is planned around an agreed asset list and intended channels.
Do you handle planning, captions, scheduling and reporting?
These can all be included within an ongoing management package. The final scope depends on posting frequency, platforms, production requirements and the level of strategic support needed.
Can the content be used on our website and Google Business Profile?
Yes. We can plan a content library for social media, websites, Google Business Profile updates, launch materials and selected campaign uses. Final deliverables and usage are confirmed in the project brief.
How soon should we expect measurable results?
Visual consistency can improve immediately, while meaningful reach, engagement, search visibility and enquiry trends require sustained publishing and review. We establish a baseline and assess progress against the agreed objectives rather than promising a fixed result.
Do you work outside London?
Yes. Brands by Miles Studios is London-based and available for selected projects across the UK and internationally. Travel and production requirements are confirmed during scoping.
